Common questions
What if it rains?
This is western Washington, so we plan for it. If weather grounds the flight, we reschedule at no charge. Overcast days can actually be great for even light on buildings.
Can you fly near the airport or the base?
Often, yes, with FAA authorization. Parts of the area near Olympia Regional Airport and JBLM are controlled airspace. Send the address and we'll tell you what's possible before you book.
Who owns the images?
You get a license to use them for your project and marketing, with no expiration. We keep the right to show them in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Do I need to be there?
No. For occupied homes, we'll just confirm a time so no one is surprised.
